Website changes can break incoming mail, forwarding, contact forms and booking notices if DNS records are changed carelessly. We check mail records first, then document what must stay in place.

Keep current email

Preserve existing Gmail, Outlook, Hotmail, forwarding or domain mail while the website moves to new hosting.

Add domain email

Set up domain email through providers such as Zoho Mail, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, hosted mailboxes or forwarding.

Fix form sending

Use an appropriate sending service such as Resend when the site needs reliable form, booking or notification emails.

Can I keep my existing inbox?

Usually yes. If your business already uses Gmail, Outlook, Hotmail, forwarding or a domain mailbox, the website can often move while the mail setup stays unchanged. The important part is to identify MX, SPF, DKIM and related records before launch.

Email setup costs NZ$30 one-off for Basic. Plus includes one domain email or sending setup. Pro includes multiple setups for the same business, with provider licence fees billed separately.
