Starter Website
Up to two focused standard pages for a sole trader, new business or simple service offer.
Build · rebuild · move
For Kiwi service businesses that need a clear, fast website and technically accountable support for the domain, forms, launch and ongoing care.
New website
We organise the essential information a customer needs: what you do, where you work, why they should trust you and how to contact you.
Up to two focused standard pages for a sole trader, new business or simple service offer.
Up to four standard pages for a clear home, services, proof and contact structure.
Up to six standard pages for multiple services, proof, FAQs, local areas and stronger enquiry paths.
The published entry prices use PhotonMark's standard design system. Customer-supplied facts, final text and images, the listed revision rounds and a standard enquiry form are included as shown on Pricing; light content drafting, logo work and complex functionality are quoted separately.
When a package includes a managed enquiry form, one simple utility Privacy page based on customer-supplied and customer-approved wording does not count against the two, four or six main business-page allowance. PhotonMark does not provide legal advice. Drafting, adapting or legally reviewing policy text is separately scoped, and other policy pages count toward the allowance unless the written quote says otherwise.
Rebuild or move
Yellow, Duda, Wix, older WordPress sites and other proprietary or provider-controlled website platforms can mix the website, domain, email and marketing services together. We separate the pieces before changing them.
Registrar, renewal dates, website access, analytics and third-party accounts.
MX, SPF, DKIM, forwarding, form delivery and booking notifications.
Important URLs, redirects, page titles, Search Console and Google profile links.
Backups, approval, DNS planning, live checks and clear handover notes.
For a complete, ready-to-publish static website supplied as working files. Includes hosting setup, SSL, file deployment, one standard DNS cutover and basic post-launch checks.
This scope does not include redesign, content extraction, databases, WordPress, managed-form migration, email repair, complex redirects or proprietary-platform extraction.
For an accessible existing website requiring a pre-change backup, staging or temporary testing, SSL setup, standard DNS planning, basic redirects and post-launch checks.
For work involving proprietary-platform extraction, WordPress or another CMS, databases, forms, multiple redirects, provider coordination or material DNS and business-email risk. A standard email-continuity check is included where the existing email provider remains unchanged.
Existing email during a website move. A working Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoho or similar service normally remains unchanged. Recording, preserving and verifying disclosed MX and related DNS records is included in the agreed standard website-migration scope. There is no separate mailbox-migration fee where no mailbox, user, provider or historical-message transfer is required.
Website rebuilds. Website rebuilds use the relevant Starter, Essential or Business package, with content extraction, redirects, DNS and email-risk work quoted where required.
Prices shown on this page exclude GST.

What you receive
The goal is not just a set of pages. It is a website your business can understand, control and move again later.
A written package or quote, a review link and your approval before launch.
Responsive pages, tested enquiry paths, page metadata, sitemap and indexing foundations.
Your domain and third-party business accounts remain in your name wherever practical. Once invoices are paid, you can receive an exportable copy of project website files, subject to third-party licences and separately identified managed services.
Optional content support
We can turn customer-supplied facts, notes and a short business interview into a practical first draft for customer review and approval. This is quoted separately according to the number of pages and the condition of the supplied material.
All factual claims, qualifications, prices and business information must be reviewed and approved by the customer before publication.
Static does not mean limited
“Static website” describes how the public pages are delivered. It does not require every business feature to live inside those files.
Pre-built HTML, CSS and JavaScript are served directly. There is no WordPress or database required to generate each page view.
When included, a small isolated backend receives form submissions over HTTPS, stores them in a private enquiry database, backs up that database under the agreed managed scope and sends an inbox notification.
Booking, ecommerce, member accounts, customer portals and custom applications remain dynamic systems that need their own quote and maintenance scope.
Form processing and storage are included only when the package, care plan or written quote says so. The private database remains the delivery record if an inbox notification fails. It is not included in the restricted Static Hosting Only option.
Beyond a standard website
Need more than a standard public website? PhotonMark can plan, build and quote Stripe integrations for one-off or recurring payments, subscriptions, customer accounts and self-service billing, as well as secure forms, private databases, customer portals, administration dashboards and automated business workflows.
These systems are separately scoped and quoted after the requirements, account ownership, privacy, security, payment flow and ongoing maintenance responsibilities are agreed. They are not included in the standard Starter, Essential or Business website packages.
Stripe transaction charges, refunds, disputes and other provider fees are separate. The written scope confirms integration, testing, support and ongoing maintenance responsibilities before work begins.
A good fit
Trades, consultants, clinics, training, cleaning, gardening and other 1–20 person businesses that mainly need a strong public website and dependable support. See our focused guide for trades and local service businesses.
Ecommerce, booking platforms, member portals, databases, complex WordPress stacks and custom applications can still be reviewed, but they need a separate technical scope and quote.
