Website packages and ongoing care

Compact Website. A focused 1–2 page website from NZ$300 + GST for a small business that needs a clear online destination. It includes responsive mobile presentation, contact details or a service-area block, one standard enquiry path, Basic Search Setup and one consolidated revision round. It does not include a business email mailbox, CMS, complex functionality or additional pages. Hosting and care are separate annual services.

Standard scope. These packages do not include logo design, professional copywriting from a blank page, stock photography, unlimited revisions, complex animation, blogs written for you, booking, ecommerce, memberships or custom databases. We quote those items before work begins.

Every package can have an enquiry form. Starter, Essential and Business can each include one standard enquiry form designed around the agreed page and contact flow. The one-off build fee covers the form design and website integration; live submission processing, private storage, backups and inbox notifications require Website Care or another separately agreed annual form-service scope.

Hosting and care are separate annual services. Choose the appropriate plan in the Hosting & Care section below. Website Care is the normal fit when a managed enquiry form is required.

Page allowance and Privacy. When a package includes a managed enquiry form, one simple utility Privacy page based on customer-supplied and customer-approved wording is included without counting against the five, eight or twelve main business-page allowance. PhotonMark does not provide legal advice. Drafting, adapting or legally reviewing policy text is separately scoped. Other policy pages count toward the allowance unless the written quote says otherwise.

Typical Starter delivery. A five-page service-business site can cover a focused home page, about or team page, services or treatments page, fees or service-area page, and contact page. A clinic that keeps treatments and conditions as separate pages may need a sixth page, which can be added at the published additional-page rate or combined where the content remains clear. Where relevant, the build can also include responsive mobile presentation, click-to-call and email links, opening hours, a Google Maps link, social profile links, descriptive image text, page titles and descriptions, a sitemap, a simple enquiry form and a utility Privacy page. These are standard building blocks when the customer supplies accurate content and access; medical, legal, accessibility, booking, payment and other specialist requirements are reviewed and quoted separately.

Static pages, managed form service. The public pages are fast, pre-built static files. When a package lists an enquiry form, the one-off build fee covers its design and website integration. Live submission processing, private storage, backups and inbox notifications require Website Care or another separately agreed annual hosting and form-service scope.

Existing email during a website move. A working Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoho or similar service normally remains unchanged. Recording, preserving and verifying disclosed MX and related DNS records is included in the agreed standard website-migration scope. There is no separate mailbox-migration fee where no mailbox, user, provider or historical-message transfer is required.

Website rebuilds. Website rebuilds use the relevant Starter, Essential or Business package, with content extraction, redirects, DNS and email-risk work quoted where required.

One-off migration fee. The prices above cover the agreed move itself. Annual hosting and ongoing care are selected and billed separately below.

PhotonMark Business Email. One 10GB mailbox is NZ$5/month or NZ$60/year per mailbox, with up to 10 aliases per mailbox. Each mailbox requires a minimum prepayment of 6 months (NZ$30 at the monthly rate); annual prepayment is also available. Annual website care plans include the stated number of 10GB mailboxes. Mailboxes use customer-owned domains; IMAP and SMTP client access, standard spam and virus controls, DNS setup and account support are included within the agreed service scope. Historical-message migration and device-by-device setup are separate.

PhotonMark Business Email setup. New standalone email service starts with one domain setup at NZ$80. The fee covers the agreed mailbox count, standard MX, SPF, DKIM and required verification; the annual mailbox subscription is separate.

Email & DNS Health Check. One domain, up to 30 minutes, review of public DNS records and relevant customer-provided information, and a short written email summary of findings and the recommended next step. This service does not include configuration changes, mailbox migration, historical-message transfer, device setup or third-party provider support.

Email deliverability diagnosis or repair. Diagnosis or repair starts from NZ$100. If the issue is confirmed to have been caused by PhotonMark's work within the agreed scope, corrective work for that issue is free of charge. Pre-existing issues, third-party or provider faults, customer changes and work outside the agreed scope remain chargeable. The written quote confirms the systems, records and testing included before work begins.

Mailbox migration. A mailbox or email-provider migration is separate from protecting an unchanged email provider during a website move. Migration quotes depend on mailbox count, data volume, aliases, shared mailboxes, calendars, contacts, files and device support.

Google Analytics 4 basic setup. This includes a customer-owned account and property, one web data stream, standard website-tag installation, data-receipt verification and one basic key event where the current site supports it. Advanced events, ecommerce measurement, cross-domain tracking, consent-platform configuration and Google Ads conversion tracking are quoted separately.

Google Business Profile setup. Setup can include eligibility and access review, customer ownership, categories, service area or address settings, hours, phone, website, services, customer-supplied business information, initial photos and review-link basics. The customer remains the primary owner wherever practical.

Google Business Profile fees and approval. Google Business Profile itself is free. The published price is PhotonMark’s setup and optimisation fee. Google controls verification and approval. Ownership disputes, suspended-profile appeals, duplicate-profile remediation and ongoing posts or review management are separately scoped.

Local SEO website foundation. Website-focused setup. Full Google Business Profile setup, substantial content rewriting and ongoing SEO are separate unless included in the written quote.

Third-party costs. We normally keep domains, Google Ads, email seats and software subscriptions in your name and paid from your account. If you ask PhotonMark to purchase or administer a third-party cost, the disclosed supplier amount plus a 10% handling fee applies.
