- Prices are in NZD unless agreed. Small hosting plans are normally billed yearly. Monthly billing can be quoted if needed.
- *Backup schedule can be daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly or quarterly as requested. Basic keeps the latest 5 backups, Plus keeps 10, and Pro keeps 20.
- *Technical care checks review the live site, SSL, uptime, backups, obvious broken links and basic renewal risks. Basic customers can request a one-off check for NZ$10. Plus includes quarterly checks and Pro includes monthly checks.
- *Google search setup is one-off setup or cleanup work for Search Console, sitemap, robots, structured data and Google Business Profile checks. Basic costs NZ$10 one-off; Plus and Pro include this setup.
- *SEO / AEO optimisation can include page titles, service wording, FAQ structure, schema markup and answer-friendly content. Basic costs NZ$20 one-off; Plus includes starter setup and Pro includes ongoing review. Search ranking and AI answer inclusion are not guaranteed.
- *Email setup costs NZ$30 one-off for Basic. Plus includes one domain email or sending setup. Pro includes multiple setups for the same business, with provider licence fees billed separately.
- *Included work time can be used for small edits, minor layout changes, DNS or email setup, SEO / AEO optimisation, and care follow-up for the same site. Unused time is not a cash credit and does not normally carry forward unless agreed.
- *We normally recommend that customers buy and renew domains in their own registrar account. If a customer asks us to help, domain registry and registrar charges are still paid by the customer. Basic and Plus include a 10% PhotonMark service fee for this help; Pro waives that service fee.
One-off work and quoted items
Basic customers can request a technical care check for NZ$10, a written health report for NZ$10, Google search setup for NZ$10, SEO/AEO optimisation from NZ$20 and domain email or sending setup from NZ$30.
Manual content edits outside included time start from NZ$10 per simple page. Dynamic websites, booking systems, ecommerce, major redesigns, paid licences, domains and email seats are quoted separately.
